Peter Blacklow


Peter Blacklow is the president of WorldWinner, a subsidiary of GSN. In this role, he oversees the online games businesses of WorldWinner.com as well as Teagames.com, a free, Flash-based casual games site. Peter led the consolidation of WorldWinner and SkillJam.com, the two leading skill games sites, to create the world's largest skill games network, with more than 30 million registered players. WorldWinner's online game competitions are featured on top online game sites like Pogo.com, AOL Games, MSN Games and GSN.com. Formerly, Peter served as chief marketing officer of WorldWinner.

Prior to joining WorldWinner, Peter served as senior vice president of marketing at Monster, the largest global careers Web site, where he was responsible for managing a $100+ million budget, including all advertising, promotions, public relations and business-to-business direct marketing. He negotiated and activated the company's U.S. Olympics sponsorship, oversaw five Super Bowl commercials, and helped Monster become a top 20 most visited web destination. Before his time at Monster, Peter spent five years at Converse, Inc., where he became the director of marketing for five performance business units, including its flagship basketball line, developing its worldwide business plans and overseeing the negotiations of NBA endorsements. Peter has also spent several years at advertising and promotional agencies working on various consumer products.

Peter is a graduate of Harvard University and has received numerous awards and distinctions, including being named one of the top "Marketers of the Year" by Promo magazine. In addition, Peter serves as a board member of eSkill.com and Concord Academy, and acts as an advisor to SimplyHired.com, 80108 Media, and iCache.com.

Joshua Grady

Vice President and General Manager

Joshua Grady is vice president and general manager of WorldWinner. As a financial professional with extensive Big Five public accounting and private industry experience, he is responsible for implementing accounting practices to maximize business efficiency and ensure compliance with requirements of being held by a public company.

Prior to joining WorldWinner, Joshua was vice president of finance and administration for All Seasons Services, a multi-state food service provider with more than $150 million in total revenue and 1,350 employees.

Previously, he was controller and chief financial officer of Kabloom, a national retail flower chain with e-commerce presence, where he managed all financial and administrative areas of the company as it grew from 30 to 115 stores with more than $40 million in total system revenue. He was also president and owner of Dutch Flower Garden, Boston's premier high-end retail florist, where he managed all financial and operational areas of the company for three years before selling the business. Throughout his career, Joshua has held other senior financial and accounting positions at Private Healthcare Systems, Winston Flowers and Coopers & Lybrand.

Joshua earned his Bachelor in Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Massachusetts.

Cooper Moo

Vice President of Business Development

As vice president of business development, Cooper leads WorldWinner's overall business development strategy and operational execution of deals with content and distribution partners. Cooper joined the company in 2004 as director of business development and has negotiated agreements for the company's major partnerships including Pogo/EA, AOL, MSN, PopCap, Hasbro and Fremantle.

Prior to joining WorldWinner, Cooper was senior manager of e-commerce for Monster.com. In this role, he represented Monster's interest in a $104 million dollar, four-year partnership with AOL. As director of strategic partnerships for Salary.com, he created and managed partnerships with Monster, Yahoo!, CareerBuilder and other major online media companies. Before entering the online space, Cooper was a partner in a Seattle trading company for eight years.

Cooper is a frequent presenter at industry events, having spoken at the Game Developer's Conference in San Francisco, the Austin Games Conference, the LA Games Conference, and Casual Connect in both Seattle and Amsterdam. Cooper resides near Seattle and graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in International Relations focused on China.

Richard Sweet

Vice President, Marketing

Richard Sweet is responsible for enhancing the consumer experience and broadening WorldWinner's global distribution network. Richard is responsible for all online advertising initiatives at WorldWinner, including managing exclusive marketing partnerships with AOL Games, MSN Games, Electronic Arts/Pogo.com, MyPoints and GSN.com.

Prior to joining WorldWinner in 2003, Richard was a marketing information manager at Monster, the largest global careers Web site. In this role, he managed the company's strategic partnerships with AOL & MSN and advised the company on new product launches and marketing initiatives. Previously, he held marketing and market research positions with Unilever's Gorton's division, A.C. Nielsen and The Hahn Company.

Richard received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
